Leeroy had sales of over $7 million and received the Positive Team Player Award among his peers.  Leeroy has successfully grown his business year over year.  “After 7 years in the business,” Leeroy says, “there are still challenging situations that come up, but we always find a solution.”

Leeroy credits his success in real estate to his level of customer service, “I treat my clients as if they are my family. If anything comes up, I make sure to handle the situation and get results as soon as possible.”

When the market is difficult, Leeroy says he takes the good with the bad. “I like to focus on the things I can control and let go of the rest. A lot of the time, things have a way of working out.”

When mentoring new agents, Leeroy gives them strategies for long-term success. “I tell them to let everyone know you are a real estate agent.  You’d be surprised at how well word of mouth works.” Leeroy credits 86% of his business comes from referrals.  A second strategy, he said, is to expect the unexpected.  “Just because you are under contract doesn’t always mean smooth sailing.  If you are mentally prepared when things come up, you can handle situations better.”
