            Other consistent habits of her business include meeting new people everyday and effective task management.  “I try to meet 4 new people every day.  I give out my card and try to let them know how I can help them with all of their real estate needs. I stay focused on completing the tasks that I need to do daily.” Martha sets realistic goals and stays focused, which keeps her business on track during difficult times.

            Martha serves as a mentor to new agents at Dennis Realty. She helps them get their business started and gives them advice to build a strong foundation. “Don’t ever give up,” says Martha. “You never fail if you don’t quit.
