Karla Fischer: 2025 Juanita Dennis Award Recipient

This year, we are proud to announce Karla Fischer as the recipient of the 2025 Juanita Dennis Award.

Over the past five years, Karla has become an integral part of the Dennis Realty family, serving as the Hernando Beach Office Manager with dedication, professionalism, and a passion for supporting others.

Before relocating to Florida nearly five years ago, Karla spent more than a decade with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services in Rochester, New York, where she worked in their corporate office and built extensive experience in office operations, team management, and agent support.
