I’m Cynthia Stratton, Team Lead of The Stratton Team at Dennis Realty & Investment Corporation. I have been a dedicated Florida Realtor since 2001, helping buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating families navigate real estate with confidence.

The Stratton Team serves clients throughout the Tampa Bay area, with a special focus on Brooksville, Spring Hill, Dade City, Lutz, Land O’ Lakes, Wesley Chapel, and the surrounding communities.

My goal is to make every buying or selling experience as successful and low-stress as possible. A Florida Native with Deep Local Knowledge

I was born and raised in Florida. I attended Chamberlain High School in Tampa and later earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Palm Beach Atlantic University in South Florida.

Before beginning my real estate career, I worked in both public and private accounting. That background strengthened my analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills, which continue to benefit my clients during pricing, negotiations, and investment decisions.

Family, Community, and Real Estate Investing

I have been married for more than 25 years and have two grown children and eight grandchildren, whom I love spending time with.

My husband and I are also experienced real estate investors. Our firsthand knowledge allows me to offer practical guidance to clients who are purchasing, selling, or building a portfolio of investment properties.
