Dennis Realty & Investment Corporation Attends Global Real Estate Conference

– Annual event hosted by Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® examined trends and opportunities in the real estate market. –

(Lutz, FL) – April 21^st 2023 – Carl Stratton, Broker with Dennis Realty, attended the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® Annual Conference March 28-30 at Wynn Las Vegas. Stratton was joined by Dennis Realty’s Sales Manager Tracy Farkas, Relocation Director Cassidy Spitler, and Sales Agents Adil Boland and Paul Sturdgess-Hayes. The event attracted brokers, senior managers and relocation professionals affiliated with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE), a global network of 550 independent real estate firms. It was the culmination of LeadingRE Conference Week, a series of specialized events that attracted nearly 2,000 participants from 25 countries.

The conference featured many talented speakers, including former CBS News anchor turned positive psychology researcher and bestselling author of Broadcasting Happiness, Michelle Gielan, who explained the scientific rationale for positive communication and the benefits of broadcasting happiness. World-class motivator Jamil Qureshi demonstrated how a change in perspective and actions can lead to powerful results.

LeadingRE Chief Economist Dr. Marci Rossell discussed how the latest economic shifts are affecting the global real estate market. LeadingRE Institute Deans Mike Staver, Dan Elzer, Matthew Ferrara and Michi Olson explored a range of topics relating to leadership and strategy. The agenda also featured an impressive line-up of member speakers, who shared first-hand insights on best business practices.
