Dennis Realty & investment Corporation recently recognized the top performers for 2023. Nicole Parker, an agent from the Hernando Beach office, was #2 in Company Sales and the Top Individual Sales Agent in Hernando County. Nicole sold over $9 million in real estate in 2023.

Nicole credits communication as one of her secrets to success.  “Communication is key,” she says. “When working with a buyer or seller, they need to know what to expect throughout the entire process.”  Nicole keeps her clients informed and wants them to feel like they are in good hands and well taken care of.  “When people know you’ve got their best interest at heart, they will listen to you and do what you advise them to do.”

When faced with difficult transactions, Nicole is effective in managing the expectations of her clients so they are already prepared if something should come up.  “It is [all about] problem solving,” she says. “and working with the other professionals in the transaction to try and work it out, with constant communication and honesty.”

When asked about consistent habits, Nicole said she always makes sure to keep in contact with previous clients. “I ask them if they need repair referrals, send updated CMAs, holiday cards, magnets with my business card or football schedules.”  Nicole makes good use of slow business times by catching up on continuing education, filing, working with other Realtors® and marketing to keep the momentum going forward.  “There are always going to be slow times or lulls in this business. Keeping your name and face out there for everyone to see and associate it with real estate is the best thing you can do. They will remember you when it is time for them to buy and sell.”

Nicole serves as a mentor to new agents at Dennis Realty.  She advises them, “Be willing to dedicate every day, at least 5 days per week, towards real estate.  It is necessary to build a new business to be focused on it 100%.”
